I recently changed brands of Melatonin in my Walmart orders, and they are equally effective. When I take my two pills at night nearing bedtime, I notice no immediate effect, but when the time comes after I take them, I fall asleep quick enough, sleep well, but usually awaken just before the alarm clock in the morning. I have trouble sleeping and this helps with the problem. it's better than a narcotic that you become addicted to.

Ordered this brand because my regular one was out of stock They had a terrible taste and didn't dissolve quickly like my usual. Didn't work well.

i don't know what rosalind is talking about because this melatonin is too strong. i am a heavy man and one of these has had me sleepy for 5 days. melatonin doesn't knock you out but it makes you want to go to bed and unfortunately after taking these that's all I've wanted to do for a week. tbh I don't even remember last week because these pills made me black out. never again.

it doesn't really effective. I am having difficulty for falling sleep and keep waking up.

Items did not do the job at all. I should have asked for my money back.
