Amazing!
I haven't had a bad night sleep since getting these. I can't explain it. They don't make me drowsy. I don't feel drugged. But I was prone to waking up in the night and laying there for hours. Now if this happens (and many times I sleep the entire night through) I fall immediately back to sleep. I can fall back asleep after hitting the snooze. Last weekend I slept until 10:45 am, something I've not done in years and years. But I don't feel different in the morning. I can't live without them!

This sleep aid works as promised, but I need to take 2 of them for it to be effective.

Didn't help enough
I tried this for about a week and it worked fairly well for my allergy symptoms, but did not help me stay asleep.
