Melatonin was given to me in the hospital to sleep and I had a positive experience. Upon coming home I ordered these gummies and I take exactly the same dose prescribed in the hospital and these gummies help me wind down before bedtime. Love the taste and easy to take. Highly recommend!!!
I started with melatonin after my stay in the hospital. In the hospital the doctor had the nurses give me 10 mg each night and it helped me sleep soundly. After I started taking these Sleep Gummies and I have taken them before I go to sleep. I like the taste and they have helped me even through my illness. Highly recommend!
