I have a problem calming myself to go to sleep, so, I take a couple of these and my thoughts calm and with the edge off I can finally doze to sleep! These help to mellow your thoughts enough to relax without any side effects!
excellent product. I use 2 caps at bedtime and sleep for at least 5 hours. wake without that hungover feeling. It's my go-to sleep aid.
This bottle of melatonin works just as well as the name brand but saves my family a few dollars. Will continue using this brand in the future.
my wife likes it and that's all that matters
works for better night sleep
Love this brand only one that works for me
good sleep %26 stress
If you're a repetitive melatonin user, you know how frustrating it has to be to find one that not only WORKS, but is within budget! Those powdery, chalky white pills (with ZERO identification! That can be terrifying!) aren't always easy to swallow —especially if you have to take multiple pills to get to sleep 🫤 And the GUMMIES? Why does everything have to be a GUMMY these days?? Get the regular melatonin gummies %26 expect a couple hundred extra calories -OR- get the sugar-free ones %26 expect a terrible trip to the toilet the next day 😖 (Sugar free=fake sugar, fake sugar=an undigestable fiber or sugar alcohol, undigestable = gas, bloating, and LOTS of "movements") No thanks! 😵💫 PROS: •Easy to swallow •Highly effective •Fall asleep faster •Suitable for diets or people with diabetes •Good value for money CONS: •They're the *second* cheapest melatonin softgel per pill, not first 😉 •[Not as important] Their labels can make it incredibly easy to accidentally buy their TABLETS instead of softgels, so be wary! I give them an A- (compared to the brand I usually get. I get these when I'm feeling thrifty and don't care about price per pill, but, instead, the overall price! 😉👍🏻
It seems to be a good product with a descent price
