These cookies are delicious! I dolled the recipe up just a little and everyone raved about how great they were. I added 6 tablespoons butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1-1/4 tsp vanilla, and 2 eggs. Dropping them by teaspoons, it made 3 doz. cookies. Cook at 350 for 9 to 10 minutes.
This gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix is delicious ! You only need a few simple ingredients and you are good to go. I used peanut butter which added a great taste to the cookies. The mix was a little messy , it stuck to my hands a lot but that was really the only downside, and totally worth it because they were absolutely delicious.
I've made this version, as well as the monster cookie version, many times. It never fails to be tasty. I found that you can really work the recipe to your liking depending on the nut butter used and how much. I liked the recommended amount and with natural smuckers peanut butter. My tip is mix the mix by hand and do it very well. The softened butter and peanut butter needs to be evenly distributed. That's what makes me think went wrong with that 1 star crumbly review. It's incredibly tempting to just use a spoon to mix or to use butter that's not actually softened but that will make the cookies go awry. Anyways, I've now got my entire family, extended and immediate, on these cookies. Over 10 people love them as much as me! I'd recommend you give these a go. The only thing I wish was different was the price point, as $6.53 is expensive for a cookie mix.
This cookie mixture came as a small pack of mixed ingredients with chocolate chips. It is very simple recipe given on the box. If you follow the exactly all the steps, it will turn out really good. It is soft and not too sweet. Very easy to make. Also women owned business.
So I'm trying to go gluten free for the most part but I tried these cookies and added just one more spoonful of peanut butter and they turned out crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. Yummy!
A gluten free cookie mix that tastes delicious. You do need 1/2 stick of butter, an egg, and a scoop of peanut butter (or any nut butter). Oatmeal heavy, honestly, want to eat it for breakfast sometimes.
Mix was easy to make. We used peanutbutter as it was the only nut butter we had on hand but I think it would be great with almond butter. Cookies tasted great and held up well (no crumbling). However, they don't spread in the oven. I flattened mine with a spatula after they came out but they could be flattened before being baked.
I was not expecting a lot from a gluten free cookie mix. But they came out pretty good, the mix looks a lot like oat meal with chocolate chips in it. Simple to make peanut butter egg and salted butter is all you need to add. Would pair well with milk. Tasted like chocolate chip cookies with peanut butter and oatmeal.
Excellent flavor, but there is something drastically wrong with the instructions and ingredients you are to add. These were so dry and crumbly. Literally like sand. The directions need to include some kibd of additional wet ingredient for these to actually form into cookie dough balls and bake up.
Apparently "gluten" is what would had made these cookies taste edible because these are terrible. Crumbly, the taste is just awful. If you have a gluten allergy, just continue to look for another option.
