Divided Sunset Gluten Free, All-Purpose Flour 24oz

This flour is awesome. I used it in my Dash bread machine and every loaf came out perfect. Way better than Bob's 1:1 which surprised me. I always sift my flour and this is finer and made smooth tops and didn't create air pockets around the blade like Bob's. I only see that Walmart carries it but this flour is a gem!!

As someone living with Celiac disease, finding a gluten-free all-purpose flour that doesn't result in a gritty texture or a crumbly mess is always a challenge. This is the best gluten-free flour I have ever used, and I have tried at least a dozen if not more. The flavor and texture are very good. I have made some things, like scones, that my family and guests ate and had no idea they were gluten-free.

Family who is not gluten free doesn't know the difference when I make a gluten free dish. So good! I'm a German dough dish girl so I missed my knoephla until I found this!

Love this flour as a gluten free alternative. It's not grainy and can be used to follow a standard recipe without any crazy additives.

Great flour and wonderful banana bread recipe on back of bag. Unfortunately, the 2 Walmart stores I go to are always out!!

I order many different kinds of gluten free flour. For some reason my family doesn't like the taste of this one. I've used it for pancakes and it has a great consistency and bakes up great but the taste is a little off for us. I would only order again if nothing else was available

Made pancakes my first use of this brand of GF flour. Not the best pancakes! Will use for cobbler, see if that be better. Only one brand I really like, GV gf PANCAKE MIX. It does not ship, so bought this one.

I usually buy King Arthur or Bob's Mill GF flour. I tried this for the first time and used it for cookies. maybe it was the recipe and not this brand at fault but the cookies came out too flaky and yet pastey when chewing. it was weird. never had that happen before and there out 75% of what I baked :( I have half a bag left. I'll use it for different receipe before final judgement but I'm wary so far

I used this a few times to make gluten free sandwhich bread and banana bread. Each time I experienced rather severe digestive disturbanes. I finally threw out the rest of the banan bread I had made, and threw out this flour! I do not know what is causing the problem! When I stopped eating the bread I made with this flour, the digestive disturbance calmed down.
