Divided Sunset Gluten Free, All-Purpose Flour 24oz

This flour is awesome. I used it in my Dash bread machine and every loaf came out perfect. Way better than Bob's 1:1 which surprised me. I always sift my flour and this is finer and made smooth tops and didn't create air pockets around the blade like Bob's. I only see that Walmart carries it but this flour is a gem!!

As someone living with Celiac disease, finding a gluten-free all-purpose flour that doesn't result in a gritty texture or a crumbly mess is always a challenge. I am so impressed with this Divided Sunset flour! I recently used it to make bagels, and they turned out incredibly soft with the perfect chew. Family who is not gluten free doesn't know the difference when I make a gluten free dish. So good! I'm a German dough dish girl so I missed my knoephla until I found this!

This is the best gluten-free flour I have ever used, and I have tried at least a dozen if not more. The flavor and texture are very good. I have made some things, like scones, that my family and guests ate and had no idea they were gluten-free.

Love this flour as a gluten free alternative. It's not grainy and can be used to follow a standard recipe without any crazy additives.

It is just as good as the other name brands. But it is cheaper, which is great!

I order many different kinds of gluten free flour. For some reason my family doesn't like the taste of this one. I've used it for pancakes and it has a great consistency and bakes up great but the taste is a little off for us. I would only order again if nothing else was available

good flavor. 2nd ingredient is tapioca flour. recently learned am sensitive/allergic to tapioca. cannot consume.

I used this a few times to make gluten free sandwhich bread and banana bread. Each time I experienced rather severe digestive disturbanes. I finally threw out the rest of the banan bread I had made, and threw out this flour! I do not know what is causing the problem! When I stopped eating the bread I made with this flour, the digestive disturbance calmed down.

Makes great pancakes, but does not make yeast bread well.
