It cooks up just like the regular duham wheat elbow macaroni. I would recommend it for anyone who wants a substitute for the wheat mac.

At last a gluten free noodle that I can cook to the texture I like. I love this pasta for a fast dinner after work. Butter and and Classico Parmesan are the tasty way I top my dinner off.

You won't miss the gluten at all. I made stove top macaroni and cheese as well as baked macaroni and cheese and both came out perfectly. The texture and favor are just what you expect. I have struggled to find a good gluten-free macaroni pasta. This one hit it out of the park. You can't go wrong with this rice pasta.

This pasta stays firm and never mushy. Even in baked dishes the noodles stay intact if they're just boiled a little less than called for.

I absolutely love this gluten free macaroni. its hard to find a good gluten free pasta product that people who aren't gluten free will enjoy. This is a staple in our home!

This brown rice pasta has a great consistency (not grainy like many non-wheat pastas). It doesn't easily overcook. It does need to be warm/hot though. It's not good cold. the taste is really good!

Doesn't taste like gluten-free noodles, real thing, no greedy taste.

The texture of these is not pleasant at all. I usjally buy Barilla gluten free elbows but my store doesnt carry them. i ourchsed these because people rave about them. maybe a user error but we did not enjoy.
