Our one year old grandson has started to get the idea of stacking the blocks. His cat knocked over the first structure, but many more to come.

My daughter wanted blocks for Christmas. She toldme the bigger ones with all the shapes and wood color. This is exactly whay she wanted. Blocks are heavy duty and works perfectly for what she wanted. All the blocks came in a wood crate sonthey can be put back in it but for little ones it might be hard to do. Only thing is now she wants another. One is not enough she said.

I bought these for all our children, grandchildren and now our great grandchildren. The youngest one sent in a picture at yesterday of her playing with the blocks and sitting in the box. Just precious! These blocks have been the source of much fun and imagination. Absolutely the best! They held up to lots of play and many years.

My son had been begging me for blocks like the ones at his school. I searched high and low, the ones that they did have in the store were a lot smaller in size and not the standard “school blocks”. Finally I came across these and gave them a try. They turned out to be EXACTLY what my son was asking for. He was very happy 5 year old Christmas morning!

So heavy buteasy for a child, even a 21 month old can begin exploring with these blocks. Bought these for my great-grandson for Christmas, so he 's overwhelmed by the " massiveness " . Friend highly recommended these as being suitable even up to 8 yrs of age

I love the large sized blocks- easier for small hands to work with. Beautiful set (smooth all around, no rough edges) that comes in a handy storage box with handles - would be awesome if box waa slightly larger & opened and closed for storage purposes.
