Meow Mix Pate in Gravy Surf n’ Turf Pates Variety Pack, Wet Cat Food, 2.75 oz Cup, 12 Pack

This wet cat food has less carbs than the expensive high protein dry food. My cat seems in general happier, stays fuller longer after eating, and has started trimming down! (My cat vet suggested the pate variety of wet food, because it gives you more bang for your buck! She also said the dry food was not as healthy for my cats, because of the high amount of carbohydrates that it contains. My female cat had gained a lot of weight, but she is slimming down now, and does not seem as ravenous as she did when she was only eating dry food.

my cat does enjoy the paté "cat cups" as an alternative to the cuts with gravy %26 chunk style canned or cat-cup food. however to our mutual benefit she has carefully taught me that she would rather eat the paté (specifically the paté!) every OTHER day, if I have a 12-pak of paté in the cupboard. it's probably just the texture that gets her doing her "Oh Mom, This Again?" look. she's simply communicating to me that it's time to get her some chunks/cuts with gravy. my cats have taught me many things over the decades I have let them run my household.

My babies love this stuff. We tried the ones with chunky bits and my cats would just lick up the gravy and leave the chunky bits for me to clean up. This smooth pate seems to be a big hit for them if the fact that they crowd my feet every day after work until I put down their 'treat' is anything to go by. The plate is clean, the kitties are happy and that makes me happy.

Small, plastic, peel back cups of soft, fluffy pate. It appeals to the cat's taste. For us it makes more than one serving (about three for my cats). It's more economical than many of the small portion wet foods and very little is wasted.

I always got my cats the best quality like Tiki Cat and Weruva but It seems like my cats have trouble eating the whole can because it gets always sort of gritty when it's other cat food but the consistency of this is like mousse so it's easier for them to lick up. My cats love it and for $8!!?? Can't beat it.

My fur babies seem to really like it so far, only time will tell, they aren't too picky about their food, but will let me know if they don't like it, then I just give it to my grand kitty or the humane society, so win/win.

My older cat is very picky about her food. I have four that she enjoys the variety lakes of the pate and will eat it all. I had been throwing out a lot of other kinds.

I accidentally got pate instead of chunks but the cats liked the flavor and they generally don't like pate so now it's added in to their monthly menu choices. cats gotta cat

My sweet kitty loves canned soft food. However, some popular brands are just too large for one feeding and will dry out quickly before the next time. I bought a case of 12 Meow Mix cans. He's liked Meow Mix before. Of 2 choices of flavors, I chose the seafood-y one, not realizing that every can was a pate. The pate is so well blended it's almost like baby food and I believe it was too soft for him. He will eat it and occasionally beg for it, but not enthusiastically. Although it's my error for choosing all pate, i was disappointed that I only had two choices of the twelve-can cases, and usually there are only two choices of flavors for individual cans. I'm sure I could find other flavors and textures online. Perhaps Amazon has more choices?

My picky cats favorite, although I sometimes have to water them down and mix to the consistency of a lickable treat! They are spoiled!!
