Product works efficiently. There was no cord that came with the product (that is why I put 1 star). Also, I did not get protection for this item, so that is why I also put 1 star. The product works really well and also you are able to use the multioutlet product at your home in the USA because it has the detachable feature.

I have an electrical outlet with one ac input and two USB ports on top. Almost impossible to find outlet like this. Fits in just the bottom electrical outlet and have me the number of outlets I needed.

I forced them on, then could not remove them. Had to call for help. The boot itself was fine but the ankle/calf opening way too small

It seemed like a great outlet for home, office, hotel stay HOWEVER I purchased this item to be used on a cruise ship and it's not allowed per cruise guidelines. It was my mistake not checking before buying. If you plan on sailing this item is not ideal.

not enough triple plugs. 2, 2 plug slots but just one three plug slot

Thought this was a great find and just what I needed but it doesn't work. It worked for a month and tonight I was plugging something in it and bright red lights/sparks shot out! Now none of the chargers and the cubes work. The outlet is out too. I'll have to call apartment maintenance tomorrow to see if they can fix it. But I've missed the return window and now I have to replace that and all the chargers and cubes I had in there. Not exactly a “surge protector”!

The 6-outlet piece started hissing, overheating and smelling of burnt plastic while charging an iPad. Fortunately, my 9-year-old knew to unplug it right away when he heard the hissing. The euro converter piece seems fine but it fits loosely into outlets. It would be safer if it had a tighter fit.
