On the advice of my doctor, I have been taking Pure Therapro Methyl B Complete for many years. It is a high quality supplement and recommended to help with the health issue.

This is an excellent methylated b complex. The addition of TMG makes it effective for lowering blood pressure that is caused by elevated homocysteine from the MTHFR gene mutation. I highly recommend. It lowered my blood pressure quickly.

Vitamin makes me feel healthy

I haven't been taking it long enough to really know whether or not it's doing anything. But from what I read, I'm looking for good results.

I think this medication has greatly benefited me because I have MTHFR issues. My body can now utilize ALL of the B vitamins thanks to this product because it is methylated. I recently underwent my annuatesy after taking this methyl B Complex for about a year. The level of MGUS in my blood has now almost completely disappeared. I have more energy and my memory issues are significantly improved now that my body can use ALL the B vitamins. Anyone with the MTHFR gene should use this product, in my opinion. I now ponder whether having the homozygous MTHFR gene (C677T).

I no longer a taking this,

I finally got around to trying this item for myself after having recommended it to others I know, and even having bought it for a family member in the past (who I just found out had to discontinue using it shortly after starting it). For me I started having heat flashes, my whole body became extremely achy in the joints especially, and I was urinating a lot. The other thing that I'm not sure whether it was related or not, but the symptoms were noticeable after using this B Complex, were a pins and needles sensation in my legs and feet, arms and hands, sometimes my face and head while I was trying to sleep. Obviously this interrupted sleep. The pins and needles symptoms seemed to be there while I was awake but not as bad possibly because I was moving around. As someone with several MTHFR mutations I really wanted this to work, and after my other brand ran out, I decided to finally try this one as I love the concept of the company (pure supplements), but I was brand loyal to another company with my B Complex for years. For me anyway, I'll go back to my other brand as I never had the effects from that B supplement as I had upon starting this one, unfortunately. Again, I think this company is good, but this item did not work for me at all.
