I bought a box of these vitamins for my husband and myself. People who have the MTHFR gene benefit from and absorb methylated liquid B vitamins better than regular pills. We liked them so much I just ordered 4 more boxes! I gave one to my mother who is 88 and one to my sister who has MS. I hope they help them as much as they have helped me and my husband! His anxiety has gotten better and my energy has improved!

I've really been enjoying the energy boost from these methylated B complex drops.
