Taste great!
I've really been enjoying the energy boost from these methylated B complex drops. Since they're in liquid form and pre-activated, they are so much easier to absorb and way gentler on my stomach than swallowing bulky tablets. I also love that it includes all the extra supportive vitamins like methylfolate and B12. My only complaint is the taste. It's quite medicinal and a bit hard to get used to on its own. I highly recommend mixing it into a glass of juice or a smoothie to help mask the flavor. Otherwise, it's a fantastic supplement!
Vitamin has a good taste. When my levels were rechecked they went up.
