Has a pleasant lemony taste.....It has measurements on the dropper.....very easy to use, drop directly into your mouth, add it to your coffee, water, any drink.... I've only been using it for about a week..... Maybe I could do a follow-up review on how I feel in a few weeks.

Great product for enhanced sleeping improvement. I have trouble getting asleep and staying asleep without awakening three or four times each night. My sleep is much more sound and without awakening every few hours with these drops. The taste is tolerable not sensational, and filling the dropper is a bit of an art, but the positive far surpasses these slight imperfections. It has made a significant improvement in my energy and well-being each day. I'm on my 2nd month and will continue this regime for the benefit it provides for me.

It has a hint of lemon fruit flavor which is very subtle and delicious. Good for immunity and very easy to administer with a dropper. I recommend this product with high quality.
