They don't have any taste and are easy to swollow. I got these to help me sleep. I only take 1 per night and have noticed that I'm sleeping a little better. Would recommend on that alone because I was at a point were I was barely sleeping 4 hours per night. Now I can say I'm doing at least 6 hours.

I have noticed a huge difference in how I feel after taking these. They are a different color, so I was leery, but I've been taking these for four months and feel great. My mood, my sleep, my stomach issues, even my blood sugars… everything is all around doing better. I just ordered more two days ago. They'll be here today. Super fast shipping and no issues so far. I got these for migraine support, muscle cramps, and sleep help. My dr recommended magnesium and coQ10 to possibly help with migraines. I figured if I'm getting one for one thing I might as well find one that covers multiple things, I think they have been working well. They are a good price for the product and the quantity. I guess if you are in the market for magnesium complex, this one seems to be pretty good.

I've been taking magnesium supplements for over a year because of “Charlie horses” and someone told me magnesium is great for sleep. No magnesium supplement has worked for either issues I am having, UNTIL Mutswëët! Oh my gosh, getting more than four hours of sleep was a blessing, now I'm getting 7-8 without interruption. I wake without grogginess and am in an overall better mood. I've only had one bout of leg cramps/charlie horses since starting this 11/18/25. Let me mention that for someone with IBS, I'm regular for the first time in over 15 years. I decided to leave a review when I came back to order another bottle hoping I could get it on a subscription. The Black Friday deal works too, I bought two more bottles. Truly my holy grail. I'm an actually person and didn't get paid for this review.

Do you want to poop regularly? Have more energy? stuff is wonderful. For the first week I recommend only taking a half dose until you see how it works for you. a full dose right off the bat may end with a messy embarrassing afternoon. I also recommend taking at night.

I am a diabetic and I need magnesium to help processes carbohydrates and regulate blood sugar levels. Taking magnesium may enhance insulin sensitivity, helping your cells use glucose (sugar) more effectively for energy and it is good for the heart. These capsules makes me feel better than most other brands have in the past.

so far so good, i've never tried Magnesium before but was having some soreness and decided to try it for joint health and it helps wirh heart health and nerves and immune system so far so good, i've only taking it a couple of days and so far im satisfied with the product.

Great quantity for the price. I haven't taken them long enough to tell a difference but I will continue to use the entire bottle for results. I will give them a chance to work.

I opened the first bottle, and took about 20 of the vitamins. When I went to take another one both bottles developed orangish yellowish spots on them. Which means they are no longer any good. I reached out to the seller and never heard back from them. If I could have given zero stars I would have! I highly recommend you don't buy this product!

Do not buy from Rainy Leaf YZD seller. Did not receive original product. The pills in the bottle were different. Original pills were dark orange, the pills in this bottle were black. Label on bottle looks the same but when compared to original bottle, you can see the differences, image and words were very blurry.
