This adds in two other supplements that I already take in the proper dose so it saves me money buying them separately and also saves room in my daily dose container. I don't notice a difference from my previous brands and I haven't gotten leg cramps or gotten bound up in my bowels, quite the opposite. They seem expensive at first but the benefits are worth every penny because of the ease and efficiency of the complex formula. I take one in the morning and one at night. word of warning, if you haven't taken these supplements before it can make your stool a little loose and you need to keep up your water intake.
