Nature Made Magnesium Complex with Vitamin D and Zinc Capsules, 60 Count

I love the Nature's Made Magnesium Complex with D3 and Zinc. I read that it helps with sleep and immunity. It has definitely helped with my sleep. Also since it has all types of Magnesium, it helps if you are prone to constipation. I usually take it about an hour or two before bed. When I go to bed, I feel more relaxed and fall asleep quicker.

Just started taking this 3 weeks ago. I am sleeping more soundly. My restless legs are less severe while in bed. So far, I'm happy with this product.

I trust this brand, Nature Made follows USP requirements and provides detailed information. I like the option I can get in soft, capsule consistency. They alto offer good selection of necessary vitamins and supplements.

The product was very good But the delivery service did not leave much to be desired or expected. My package was dropped in the flower pot in the front of the building where anyone could walk off with it.

when I started taking this supplement,I was sick! Dizziness and nausea just about the whole day! The recommended dosage should be 1 with a meal instead of 2.

I wanted 400 mg of magnesium in one pill like I have bought for many years and works for me. However, you did not have that. I was forced to buy thus 200 mg magnesium mixed with zinc and vitamin D. If I take four pills to get my 400 mg of magnesium I will be overdosing on Zinc! Please stop this way of doing business. Please go back to 400 mg of magnesium in one pill, no soy, zinc or Vitamin D.
