Something we all need in our vitamin regime. Taste is top drawer! Kinda $$$ but it's what I needed so….

But I'm still gonna take it. The taste is completely tolerable, def not DELICIOUS, but that's not why I take supplements. I have had a super busy month %26 I haven't been taking it regularly, so I'm not a great judge. 5stars bc nothing bad has happened.

Excellent quality. great company. I needed to switch to liquid L-methylfolate because I had gastric bypass. it was difficult to find a reputable company but so glad I came across this. The absolutely l flavor is actually tasty. I think the absorption is good as well.

Works okay. I usually order a different kind that is more expensive. Wanted to find something cheaper. I will go back to the expensive brand because I feel so much better with it. I really couldn't tell a difference with this brand. Could be my body.

I had high hopes for this product based on other reviews. For me, it simply just didn't do anything it claimed. Maybe it works wonders for some, but it was just a waste of money for me. I even purchased it twice, %26 used it consistently for 2 mths trying to give it a chance, but I feel no difference taking it or not.

they sent me a liquid instead of pills.

Does absolutely nothing for me. Waste of money.
