first off, don't spill it, splash it, or otherwise get on anything you don't want blue! PIA to remove, I suggest baking soda and bleach took a bit but works. I don't know what I was expecting, but I can't tell between taking it and not. I did, however, get the prettiest blue tongue and cool green pee! Maybe in its defense, I didn't take it long enough, but it's not really a convenient product to use for exchange of benefits.

Not for me
Mostly hype as far as I have seen. I never experienced any of the results reported by many other users. Placebo effect? It did a good job of turning my urine blue.
