Microsoft Xbox Series X/S Wireless Controller, Robo White for PlayStation

was a little hesitant to purchase Xbox controller, but the packaging was good. I haven't had any problems. It works great, 10 out of 10 good prices, too.

This controller feels great in hand and is very comfortable even during longer gaming sessions. The buttons are responsive, and the thumbsticks have good control, which makes gameplay feel smooth and accurate. The textured grip on the back is a nice touch and helps prevent slipping. I also like that it connects easily to different devices. I've used it with both my console and PC without any issues. Setup was quick, and the connection has been stable. The white color looks clean and modern, although it may show dirt over time with regular use. Overall, it's a solid controller that performs well and feels reliable for everyday gaming.

Controller was not damaged, but the box holding the controller was very damaged when I received.

original packaging were cuted open, and they still pack and ship it. not happy about it.

Never received my order called five times two in store three online all lied to me after the third day I went and checked on my item they couldn't find it and told me I couldn't do anything but process a return worst experience ever.

I received a brand new unopened box, it connects to my Xbox, but somehow the controller was defective and several of the buttons don't work. I wish I could bring it back and return it, but I am unable to as I don't have a car and had somebody pick it up for me.

Product never arrived, and I’m forced to wait 48 hours to have the team reorder. You should fire all your delivery drivers because they absolutely suck. Once I get the correct order I promise never to order online from you again, and tell everyone I know not to use your delivery services.

Product wasn’t the issue, it was the staff at the store and the communication with them. I received the email advising that I could go pick up my order. The staff was very lazy, didn’t want to help and as soon as she looked for my order she just said “oh it was cancelled, we don’t have it and you got a email”. I did stop and look for the “email” because she advised that it was cancelled and that I got a email saying why. As soon as I attempted to show her that the order says it’s ready for pick up she just walked away and literally disappeared. I walked back to the electronics and found the exact product that “wasn’t here”. I didnt purchase this product from this location or even Walmart. I went and found it at Game Stop, it was more expensive but staff went overboard to help.
