Mikolo Rubber Hex Dumbbell Set, Option in 350lbs, Strength Training Weight Set Home Gym

For the price, this is amazing. The only problem I have with it is the smell and the rubber coating that was on it. It was kind of greasy. Hopefully it could go away soon.

I promise you won't regret it, you don't have to spend money on other brands, this is all you need, I bought the rack with 5-45 dumbbells but there is enough room for more dumbbells if you want. Don't miss the opportunity to add this rack to your home gym.

Packages arrived on different days and even after it said the delivery was complete. That worried me because at that time there were only 1/2 of the weights delivered. However once everything arrived (a day later), it was an amazing experience. The equipment is perfect! Delivery could have been less confusing.

For the money these are a good value. Items came in two different days (not a big deal) but before you call just wait a day or two. There is a chemical smell initially. There is a bit of an oily residue on the grips as well. For a starter set, from 5-45lbs, shipped to your door, hard to beat overall.

The dumb-bells %26 rack are very nice. Good quality. The order came in 7 packages because of weight. Wal-Mart sent me tracking for 2 packages %26 I didn't know there were 7. After I received the first 2, they said my order was complete. I emailed their support center that I was missing several items from my dumb-bell set and they contacted the seller (Mikolo), who then sent me an email that I would be getting 5 more packages and gave me the tracking numbers. Once I had those, I was able to see that the remaining 5 packages would be arriving the next day. It all worked out, but I believe Wal-Mart missed all of the tracking numbers before they sent it to me.

First let me say why I only rated this a 3 was because of the lousy delivery experience with FedEx and poor customer service. FedEx dropped this halfway up my driveway. If I hadn't been home someone else could've ended up with the storage rack as well as the 2 heavier dumbbells. The box was torn open and part of the hardware was missing. I sent an email requesting the hardware and inquiring where the rest of dumbbells were. I didn't hear back from them for several days… until all the dumbbells were delivered. The requested me to go buy hardware from a hardware store saying it would take time to get them from china. I do like the product but the delivery and follow up customer support really leaves something to be desired.

Haven't received all the weights got in touch with Walmart they were suppose to contact the seller and have the seller get in touch with me within 48 hours been almost a week still no contact from the seller and still missing weights.

I was surprised to see the dumbells and a rack at a somewhat affordable price. I can see why it was cheaper than the more reputable companies like rouge fitness. I ordered the 550 lbs with the 3 tier rack, and the order arrived without the 3 tier rack, the pair of 50lbs, 30lbs, and 20 lbs dumbells. Crazy I almost paid $1000 for all these orders to be missing. I'm expecting a replacement sooner rather than later. Maybe I should have paid $300 more from rogue fitness for an accurate order. Please assist, thank your for the attention to this matter.

Still waiting on part of my shipment after a month of ordering online. The company says they will tell you they will ship out replacement. They said if you don’t get in 2 days.. after that it was 3 to 4 days then another 3 to 4 days and then another 2 days. Please don’t order from this company. They finally ship out another but not sure if they just created a label and not shipping out. Save yourself the trouble don’t buy anything from them.
