I have done my research before buying a Milk Thistle supplement and this brand has exceeded my expectations! I suffer from PCOS and it has helped me tremendously menstrual pain. It is also a powerful detox for your liver and protects it. It has so many benefits and I highly recommend it especially if you are over 40 as I am and you need a “tuning up” of your system.

I work out a lot and drink a bunch of different shakes and vitamins so I was recommended to drink milk thistle to keep my liver detoxed and healthy. This has to be my favorite brand. Out of all the milk thistles I've tried, this has to be the best so far. It's a great price for the quality blend I'm getting.

This is a great supplement when you want a high dosage in 1 pill. Oftentimes I find great deals on Milk Thistle bottles, but you have to take 3-4 pills to obtain a high dosage amount. This is 1 pill a day, and for the price, you can't beat it!

This had about 10 X more MG than the stuff I was using and at 180 count was a good price. I take this cuz I am on a few meds and it is supposed to help your liver which processes all those drugs.

Much easier to administer than the powder form and you know exactly the dosage you are taking. Convenient, slick ordering, delivery time was adequate( if you aren't buying via Amazon it is not next day delivery).

Natures Milk Thistle 1350 mg 180 Tablets is an excellent product especially for the strength 1350 mg and 180 Tablets, I switched to this product from another brand with 1,000 mg and am very happy with the results

Main reasons I purchased this brand: 80% Standardized Silymarin, FDA Facility and Third Party Tested. I also like the fact that the amount can easily be adjusted because of the 3 tablet dosage. A person therefore can start out on a lighter dosage if desired.

The likes are I think it is working but I am not quite sure yet. It feels as if it is cleansing my body out as I have to go to bathroom alot. I alot drink a lot of liquid. I do not really feel any energy from taking this product. I thought I would however it does not appear as I am. I am a healthy eater so I am a little shocked it as not given me some added energy with the cleansing. The sidslike are make sure you drink something with the tablets as they have a peculiar taste. The tablet is a little large and for me I need to drink a big swallow of liquid to swallow it down. I used to take with water now I drink some juice or another flavored beverage when taking this product. I am going to finish this bottle and see how the results are however I have read it takes a little while to get into the system.

I felt a difference in my body after taking these milk thistle supplements. Of course, it was not instant and took over half the bottle before I noticed, but I believe it is doing good to my body. I plan on continuing with these supplements.

This brand has the same ingredients plus more mgs than the brand I have been using...and for a much better price. Have not experienced any side effects thus far. Feeling confident!
