This is the item my husband uses for our RV travel trailer when we hook up to the campsite water source, they are very fragile though so be careful not to yank the hose or snap it goes! and you gotta buy another one (they have a battery inside which is a plus).

Great debice ! It's very lightweight and unobtrusive when attached to the hose. Its great to see how much water you're using when watering plants outside.

I was surprised to see how well this little tool helped in counting the gallons of water in back filling my tanks in my 5th wheel trailer it counts and measures very well.

Not a precision meter, but close on an overall flow check. An easy way to get a good idea of how much water you have put down; my application is with a pair of soaker hoses, so precision is not needed. This meter matched my 'tuna fish can" flow measurements well and showed the rate varied with time and water pressure.

Ordered this to find out how many gallons of water I was adding to a pond, therefore knowing more accurate chemical balances. Tested it filling a five gallon bucket first and it seems pretty accurate! Yes I would recommend this product with the only negative being the price. $18.23 plus shipping, brings it over $25 for plastic made, don't know how long it may last.

Meets the needs that I have so far. I'm not sure how durable this is because it is made from plastic. I should work well. It appears to be sturdy.

industry does not follow consumer needs. Example: just exactly how much water IS running thru the garden hose? is a timer needed or a meter? %26 how much are the water bills?

only reads up to 999.9 gallons. When it reads 483 that could be 1,483 or even 7,483. Decent product for the price but limited.

The flow meter worked one time. The second time I tried to use it, the meter wouldn't register any water flow. The Walmart website clearly stated this item could be returned within 90 days. I reached out to the seller, Sprinkler System Store, and was told they only recognized a 30 day return window. I should have paid better attention to the reviews of the meter, but everyone should pay attention to the lack of integrity of the seller. Walmart stepped up and is taking care of the matter. I do not recommend Sprinkler System Store, they are not interested in making a bad situation right. Avoid Sprinkler System Store at all costs.
