Minecraft Overworld Deluxe Set Papercraft

This paper craft was much bigger than anticipated. My son loves mine craft and had requested it for a gift. I thought after he received this gift it would sit in the closet for years. Instead, he opened it up immediately. The paper craft did not include instructions, but it was easy to assemble for my12 yr. old son.

I first bought Minecraft Papercraft Hostile Mobs Set Over 30 pieces on ebay for my son who recently turned 8 and has some autism and loves to play Minecraft. I thought that they weren't going to be enough so I checked on Walmart and saw this one for a better price. :-( So I ordered it too. The more the better I thought. The pieces are pretty big but they do look nice. He loves them so much that he decided to cut the back of the box because they have the rest of the collection. So yes I am buying the complete set.

My 10 year old son first experienced the papercraft pack at a Minecraft themed birthday party. He brought home a zombie and some cube of granite. For the holidays, Santa brought him the whole set to himself and he was pleased. He opened them up right away and made a bunch of figures and blocks easily and with no mess. For a kid that only wants to play video games, this gift was something he could create with his hands and he actually liked it.

These are definitely worth buying instead of printing them off on the computer printer which is what we had been doing. Very nice paper and printing. The biggest surprise is how big these are. Our son loves them!

My son and I have had a lot of fun building there's together. We finally have enough pieces made to start playing out scenes with ten now too, so he really enjoys that. They are cardboard, as the "papercraft" name implies, but fairly sturdy. The pieces are a bit larger than I had imagined, but that's okay! I will most likely purchase other sets for my son to add on to this one.

Great set. For the $20 it cost when I bought it a few years ago. Over $100 is robery. This is made of PAPER! It WILL get destroyed. This is not worth the price for paper. Go for the plastic version for this price
