Makes Yummy Broth for Soups
A little goes a long way. I add 2 teaspoons to Chicken/Vegetable broth, ramen or dumplings %26 veggies. You can also just add to water, but I haven't tried that yet. So yummy %26 tastes great. Just like in the restaurants. Love it.

it's a concentrate, it is going to be salty I recommend adding less than the the serving to suit your taste. I used to have to go to the international asian market just for this ramen concentrate.

OMG Love Love Love
More of these please! So tasty, easy to use, lasts a long time %26, best yet, a GREAT cost-effective add to my "arsenal" of ramen-noodle ingredient pantry!!!

I mixed it with chicken soup base and miso paste makes and a little ginger. Made the most savory Ramen with tofu.

Wanted to like this but
It tastes exactly like soy sauce. I don't know what to tell you. I really wanted to work out because it's been a struggle looking for broth.

I tend to review positive, this was gross
I hated this so much. I love ramen and asian foods and this one just made me so sick, It ruined my dish, wasted my ingredients (and money) and I got the worst stomach ache. I wish I'd never tried it. Ever.
