Mold Armor E-Z House Wash, 64 oz., Brick, Concrete, Trim & Siding Cleaner

This stuff is amazing! The north side of my house had gotten really bad in the past several years, and I had tried power washing it on a number of occasions, but it never did anything. I figured I was going to just have to dedicate a day and some elbow grease if I was ever going to get it clean until I saw my sister use this product on her house. I watched her clean her entire house in just a few hours. While hers was not near as bad as mine, I thought I had nothing left to lose, and went out and bought a couple bottles. After two coats and three hours I not only had the troublesome north side done, but I had the entire house done. It looked like brand new siding! This product is amazing and will now always be my go to product for cleaning siding!

This stuff is amazing!! Minimal scrubbing! The attached pictures are the backside of our home where our dogs had sores red dirt and mud all over the back of our house and siding. It is literally spray sit for a bit and wash clean. I did have to scrub some of the red dirt just a little but it worked amazing! Looks almost brand new beside the damage done by the pups.

Easier to use than my pressure washer . Sprayed on ,wait, then rinse . I used a brush for a few tougher spots . See the difference in photo.!

This helped so much. My house gets lots of moss/algae on one side and this got it right off. I was worried about using a power washer since the paint is starting to peel and my neighbor recommended this. It worked like a charm. Just be aware that it will slightly bleach your clothes if it gets on you. Protect clothes, plants etc. As long as you follow the directions you're good.

This product worked amazingly well. I live in the Carolinas and we get a lot of green algae on the north-facing wall of my house. This product was a dream come true. I was expecting to do a lot of scrubbing but only a couple spots needed some light scrubbing. The rest just rinsed away. It looks like brand new siding! We are thrilled. I wish I had taken before-and-after photos. We used two bottles on the wall that had the most dirt. So be sure to buy several bottles if your entire house needs washing. My house is single-story, 1300 sq ft. Hope that helps :)

I don't know if I have ever been so impressed with a product that I was not familiar with. The whole side of my garage was almost green.. I sprayed this on left it on 20 min, Sprayed it off in everything just came off with it. I would give this ten stars if I could. Before I Tried this I got an estimate of $200 for someone to come and powerwash just the side of my garage, I did it in a half hour for less than $15.

This is the product that you want if you are going to use a spray house wash. No power sprayer needed, hook it up to your hose, spray down a section at a time, let it sit up to 10 minutes (but dont let it dry out) Rinse with fresh water and you are done. The sprayer itself is a higher quality than some other competing products. Form now it is the only product I will use. I tried that 10 second brand, scary stuff as far as I am concerned, also not a fan of overnight brand either. This product is very simple, sprays on nicely, 10 minutes or less you rinse it off and you are done.

I have one side of my house that doesn't get much sun, so it's a spring time tradition to clean it and get rid of the mold. The only product I've used and it works like a charm. The vinyl siding gets clean and looks like new when I'm done. Plus, it takes very little time, I don't pay some outrageous price for pressure washing. I highly recommend this and know I will keep using it because it work!

As far as use, it seemed very convenient until I got to the end of the bottle. Obviously gravity affects getting the last of the solution out with the use of water. So you have to tip the bottle up to get the last of it out. That's great if you're spraying your house, but I wanted it to clean my sidewalk. And, I used it twice over several days in the same spot. I didn't see much of a difference than if I'd use plain water. I won't recommend this item.
