I had been using a monk fruit erythritol sweetener for years. I found out the hard way that my stomach doesn't like erythritol. It caused me horrible stomach cramps, pain.
Lots of Pros: This sweetener doesn't have erythritol , sweetens, causes no stomach upset. It tastes kind of like a mild version stevia, so if you hate stevia in your coffee, you may hate this. I like it. I just went 1 year with no sweetener in my coffee (decaf, Swiss water, process) which I could stand, but don't enjoy. A little goes a long way. I use 2 or 3 taps worth of powder for a 12 oz cup of coffee. Low carbs if you're insulin resistant or keto.
I've been off most sugar for years, but cracked down lately because I realized I've had lipedema for years %26 sugar makes it worse. I'm also off dairy, oats, rice, gluten -- this product fits the bill.
Neutral: the powder sticks to the little spoon. It doesn't dissolve very well, even in hot coffee, but still sweetens.
Con: does have 10% maltodextrin, but the scoop is tiny. The liquid version of this same brand does not. I should have ordered that %26 will next time.
This is my honest experience. I wasn't paid for this review, but I wish I had been!
