I wanted real cinnamon. there are two types of cinnamon, and this is genuine cinnamon. I place this on the top of the soil of my potted plants to keep gnats away and to help with any fungus in the soil. it is very effective. It's also very tasty in applesauce!

It is a very good product, and it tastes very good. I like that it comes in such a big package so I don't have to buy it once a week. I do use it everyday. I wish it was in a container that you did't have to squeeze shut because some of to flys out of the bag so be careful closing it. If you a a screw top kind of container I think would be best, then you would lose any of the goodness inside.

I hope the seller got paid. I placed an order for 3 different things from 3 sellers. One item was very late, so I took the option to cancel the order. The cinnamon came promptly. But Walmart accidentally refunded the price for the cinnamon as well. They said they would make sure the seller got the money. I hope they did. I put cinnamon in my homemade smoothies. So I figured I might as well use the healthiest variety.

I was a heavy cinnamon user until I was put on blood thinners. I was told it would interact with the medication. Recently, I read that this type of cinnamon is okay to use with my medication. A friend told me the same thing. Do your own research and ask your doctor, but I'm going to try it for the wonderful health benefits of cinnamon. I'll know at my next lab test.

Terrasoul Superfoods Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder is of a good quality, and is as described. Everyday I drink one level teaspoon of your Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder in my one cup of green tea. I am sure this is part of the reason why I have never had to dye my hair (Very little grey), not on any medications and mistaken for 20 years or more younger than I am. It's pretty tough finding quality Ceylon cinnamon on the interweb.. I am using this product mostly for health reason and one way for a suggested usage of it is to boil it for 10 minutes prior consumption.. I loved baked Cinnabon before, but I don't have a problem mixing this with hot water then drinking it with its powdery texture in it.. Boil it if you don't like it to be floating like creatine in water because it's not easily dissolved like sugar!..

This cinnamon is GREAT! Ceylon Cinnamon is the true cinnamon and much healthier than the others that actually contain a toxic element that is endocrine disruptors that messes with thyroid functioning. This is not only great for making cinnamon desserts, but also great for adding into meat rubs, beverages, coffees, teas. Then it's also great for adding to homemade or DIY skin products like bar soaps, and lip ointments. I love that I can order a large bag. Though the bag is resealable, I do end up pouring it into a couple of wide mouth Mason jars with flip top lids to keep it in, then clean out the plastic bag to recycle. Storing in plastic will help it keep longer than in plastic.

This Ceylon Cinnamon has an excellent taste. It seems to be a little overpriced to me but it is a large package. Little difficult to get the cinnamon I need out of the large bag. Would probably be better if I filled a small bottle with the cinnamon for everyday use. And I have been trying to use Cinnamon daily. Being a large size bag it will last for a long time. Would buy it again but I do wish it came in smaller size packages.

Like many other said, this does not have the strong cinnamon flavor but from what I've read Ceylon cinnamon does not have that strong taste. But since I want to use it medicinally I need to be able to take a teaspoon or so each day and I don't feel safe doing that with any Cassia type cinnamons because of their coumarin content. So sometimes I'll add a little Cassia cinnamon to whatever I'm making with a lot of Ceylon cinnamon and I get more cinnamon flavor with little harmful coumarin.

Doesn't taste much like cinnamon. It seems like something is off about this product and I'm starting to feel uncomfortable using it. When I stir I get something like slime/mucous trails and coagulates at the bottom. Something that doesn't normally happen with my usual cinnamon. Won't be using this anymore.
