I just love this trike. It helps me get outside and take little drives. When it arrived, I Had a mechanic and electrician put the 5% together. No problems. Then, we discovered the left rear light would not work. I contacted the company while the little the assemblying was happening. They told me they would e mail me instructions on how to handle the claim. It never happened. I contacted the company again about the issue and was told the same thing. It never happened. I called again, they told me the same thing. I was very firm this time but got no help. One day my phone rang and it was the company. They told me to take a photo of the light and a video of the wiring which I did and texted it to the company. A day or so later, the light started working. I contacted the company and told them is was working and I didn't need help. a couple of days later it would not work again. Of couse I contacted the company again with this issue. No action yet. I will contacting them again. I may have to get ugly to get someone over there to do something done. I love the power, the ride, being outdoors on my own and even the battery life is wonderful so far. I would not have choosen a different E Trike. I WILL GET THIS LITTLE ISSUE RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION.

I am satisfied with the mooncool tk1 folding trike but through my own mistake I ordered a single speed one but was expecting a 6 or 7 speed one. I didn't realize the word "folding" was actually part of the model name even though all the models do fold. The trike was delivered in 3 days and was packaged very well and was easy to set up. I am even pleased that the single speed doesn't effect the type of riding that I do which is short distances around the neighborhood.

This trike performs as expected. We have one exception to this. there is a noise in the right rear wheel that sounds a little like a bearing noise. Otherwise my wife enjoys this trike very much.

would have given 5 stars, but likely during delivery- items were dented in a couple of spots. Nothing major. If metal fenders were a bit better quality, that wouldn't have happened.

I really like the bike and would love to give it a 5, however when it arrived it was the wrong color. I ordered the cyan and got White. Which I'm not upset about, it's a great color and excellent paint job. Super excited about getting it. It also came a day earlier than expected, so win. Opening the box was odd, because on all the sites it says you remove the white tabs at the bottom and it opens easily. Not the case. No white tabs. So had to open it by pulling the box apart. Was packaged nicely, however the fenders were bent (common complaint) so not a huge deal, many say this happens and they will send new ones. Also, my “gift” was supposed to come with the basket zip liners, it did not. So with some irritating back and forth with customer service they did send the basket liners. Still waiting on the fenders. Make sure you keep your box until you know you are keeping the bike because if you are returning it that's what they expect you to return it in, FYI. Riding is nice however noticed my top speed is 11.5 MPH, not the 16 as stated. So using the controller I tried to adjust stuff, no luck, my controller is not working correctly. So had to take a video of the controller as I was trying to adjust some settings showing I only had 4 options instead of the 16 it's supposed to have. Had to reach back out yesterday, please send more photos with the bike VIN number and controller number to mooncool. Both of which took some disassembly to reach. So now those are sent. Hopefully they will send the new controller and all will be right. I want to love this but am just waiting for another disappointment. So far customer service has been actively getting back to me over night mostly with my issues. Was annoyed about the back and forth on everything. But if the fenders come in and the controller I will be happy. To be continued…

Bought this bike from Walmart Walmart will do nothing for you. They sent me the moon cool I tried to return the bike and they said they did not take returns from Moon. Cool had a terrible time. still no results

Im having hard time to get ahold of them about warranty on bike ..it was awesome and fun for 31 miles and went to charge the battery .and put back on and no power no display show...I tested battery with meter it all good tested wires and motor it all good ..something about the monitor

This E-Trike, stopped running on the power. I can only peddle the bike now. I checked everything even the wiring too. But the bike still doesn't work on power at all' I want a new replacement battery. I charged this battery fully and it still doesn't work'

I ordered this not knowing there was an upgraded tk pro. I called wal mart to stop the order within 3 hours. They told me the number to the mooncool company and to call to cancel the order. I immediately called the mooncool company and told them to càncel the order since I wànted the tk pro instead which costs $600.00 more. They said the order was already processed and they would not cancel the order. I immediately ordered the correct tk pro and assessories. The tk 1 arrived and we did not open the over 100 pound box. When the tk pro arrived, we put together the 5% left. I disputed my order of the tk 1 on my credit card. This company has terrible customer service and support. I called the company and told them I wanted to return the tk 1. I am disabled and cannot lift the 100 plus pound box and I told the company that. Apparently this company does not need payment or that e trike. As of this immediate time I still have the unopened trike and assessories in the unopened box. I suspect that if they want it, they will come get it. I did not open nor utilize the mooncool tk 1 e trike. I did not want it.
