great game . arrived on time no issues .

So there was a mix up with the shipping on my order, apparently it didn't ship so I had to call customer service only to find out there was a shipping error on their end and I had to wait longer for my order. When I finally got my order, it didn't have the steel book with it so I missed out on that. The game itself is awesome though!

When I buy a new video online, I expect it to come new and not damaged.

tried to instantly cancel the order the moment it was realized that the Xbox one version was ordered... i bought a PS5... ps5 games and did not receive any notification of return procedures... i am still stuck with a game i dont need.... $110 .... i want a refund before yall tell me its too late

Great game, but like the other review here and I imagine many more people, I did not receive the steel book that was included in the listing title. I even asked my local store if they had any of the steel books and they had no clue what i was talking about.

I pre-ordered this MK1 Premium with the Steel Book way early as advertised before release date then delivery was delayed. Finally delivered today, but without Steel Book and didn't get to enjoy the game pre-launch, no bonus packs, etc... Highly disappointed and will return for a refund 😡

Got the game and when it arrived before even opening heard sounds of a disk rattling around. Opened up the package to find out that not only was the play disk rattling around like suspected but the case was also damaged. It was also not a steel book case.

I actually ordered the game as early access to be played the original delivery date was suppose to be 9/14 and I tried to find answers why it Wasn't delivered but got no response. and it was delivered on 9/21 awful. and it didn't come with the metal case just the game alone. very disappointed!!!

Well I order this item and it was missing it's steel case like it said it would come with and lost my self over $100 thinking it would come with but due to seeing multiple reports nobody received theirs…

I Pre-ordered the Premium Edition which should have a steel case and it didn't come with it jus the regular game
