Motorcraft Diesel Fuel Filter FD4615

Filters are exactly what you need for a 2015 FORD F350 Super Duty 4X4 Dually with the 6.7 L Diesel engine in it. At the time, it was a life saver. Only issue I had and have, is that the under hood filter is molded about an 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch off, so it doesn't want to twist completely in place. If it wasn't for that issue, it would be 100% 5 Star rated. Even though it was molded improperly, it still works and does its job.

DO NOT BUY!!! These are cheap counterfeit filters and the top blows off the top! Your diesel will spray all over your engine and it's a safety concern!

These are fake motorcraft parts. The box doesn't even match a real motorcraft box and the filters don't even fit in my 2016 f250. The part numbers aren't engraved like the genuine motorcraft parts. Completely fake. In the picture I provided, the box on the left is the fake box and the box on the right is a real box from a ford dealership. On the fake box, it is missing part numbers, the writing is much smaller, and the color is completely off. This seller needs to be removed from this website immediately before their fake parts cause major damage and possible injury to the buyers and their vehicles.

JUNK... Top filter was plugged, out of the box. defective! this is probably why they are so cheap. new on shelf filters are $108 and up. do not buy. fuel would not flow, at startup, after a proper eng prime, was done. removed new filter, reinstalled old top filter, and ran perfect, could not blow air thru the new filter either.

The engine mounted filter was NOT a Motorcraft Ford filter. It looked fine when receivied and inspected but it failed from the beginning. It was crap. Truck would not start because fuel could not get through filter. Had to purchase another full kit, replace the filters and truck started right up. DO NOT BUY.

I installed this filter yesterday and found the upper fuel filter to be defective. The filter was blocked and will not allow fuel to circulate. The filter item cannot be returned because it is passed the return window of 30 days. Never had a problem with Motorcraft parts before.

I went to install this filter, the upper one and the tab was located in the wrong for alignment, did some investigating and these are counterfeit junk. Markings are all wrong compared to OEM, box looks legit, but the parts are not legit.

For some reason, one of the filters was clogged up brand new spent 4 hours working on my truck wondering what could be wrong turned out. It was the filter had to put on the old one back on and the truck turned on after about 4 hours of working on it, trying to troubleshoot it

This is NOT an actual OEM Ford Motorcraft part. This is a knockoff, though very close to OEM. It will fit as described but the fabric filter is much more restrictive, and the plastic encased upper filter is also NOT OEM. Spend the money and get a KNOWN legitimate filter for the sake of your very expensive fuel system.
