Motorcraft Diesel Fuel Filter FD4615

Filters are exactly what you need for a 2015 FORD F350 Super Duty 4X4 Dually with the 6.7 L Diesel engine in it. At the time, it was a life saver. Only issue I had and have, is that the under hood filter is molded about an 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch off, so it doesn't want to twist completely in place. If it wasn't for that issue, it would be 100% 5 Star rated. Even though it was molded improperly, it still works and does its job.

DO NOT BUY!!! These are cheap counterfeit filters and the top blows off the top! Your diesel will spray all over your engine and it's a safety concern!

I installed this filter yesterday and found the upper fuel filter to be defective. The filter was blocked and will not allow fuel to circulate. The filter item cannot be returned because it is passed the return window of 30 days. Never had a problem with Motorcraft parts before.

I should have read the reviews. Filter is a counterfeit. I worked hours trying to figure out what was wrong. My son shows up to help and we realize the parts are defective. Pretty tricky. Comes in a motorcraft box. Looks legit, but for sure was a counterfeit.

I went to install this filter, the upper one and the tab was located in the wrong for alignment, did some investigating and these are counterfeit junk. Markings are all wrong compared to OEM, box looks legit, but the parts are not legit.

This is NOT an actual OEM Ford Motorcraft part. This is a knockoff, though very close to OEM. It will fit as described but the fabric filter is much more restrictive, and the plastic encased upper filter is also NOT OEM. Spend the money and get a KNOWN legitimate filter for the sake of your very expensive fuel system.

For some reason, one of the filters was clogged up brand new spent 4 hours working on my truck wondering what could be wrong turned out. It was the filter had to put on the old one back on and the truck turned on after about 4 hours of working on it, trying to troubleshoot it

Do not buy the fuel filters for your ford diesel from Walmart. The filter that is in the engine compartment has plastic covering the inlet opening. It took me several hours to figure out that my truck wouldn't start because of a poorly made product. Would never recommend a product from Walmart.

After installing filters truck would not run. After an hour of diagnoses, I found that the main filter was internally plugged and would not allow fuel to flow through. It was junk. The consequences could have been catastrophic. Was at risk of burning up my lift pump and the CP4 fuel pump. A multi thousand dollar risk.
