Way better than the Arris Docsis 3.1!!!! This is a much better modem by far! Not a problem with this modem. My Arris crapped out at week 2.

Easy to install, works well with my ISP. Easy to connect to a router and arrived quickly

Ease of install. Speed was just as promised. Price was good.

Better than netgear. I bought both this and that and return the other. Love this Motorola, no interruption of service. All my webpages open fast.

This modem took care of the disconnect problem I was having. The speed and through put is exceptional.

I really love this modem And it’s quick it’s fast and it’s really easy to set up I recommend everyone who needs a faster Internet connection to Go to Cox. I do realize that it is a lot of money sometimes but if you just need an Internet connection have a tech come out to set it up because there were things I didn’t even know you could be having the same issue. The tech guys that came out to install our Internet did a wonderful job.

The Modem is really tall. I'd prefer a smaller modem. At the time of writing this review, I have only had the modem for about a week now. You have to call your Cable provider and give them the Mac Address (number) from the label on the bottom of the modem before it will work with your cable service. After I did that, the modem had no trouble connecting to the internet. It's pretty much plug and play. The cable representative told me that he thought it was overkill. He likened it to buying a Ferrari and only driving it 55 MPH because I only have a 100 mbps down stream plan. He said that their company (Wave Cable) dropped this particular modem from their list of approved high speed modems because of many of their customers experiencing frequent random disconnects using this modem. So far, I haven't experienced that, but as I said, I've only had it for one week, now. Time will tell. I'm considering upgrading to the 1 gig down stream plan to find out if this Ferrari will really do 1 gig.

Customer service sucks. Tried 4 different numbers and couldn't reach Motorola. I had to send a email to be able to talk to anytime and then wait on a response. After 90 days they don't want to help. Long story short very dissapointed with Motorola. Took it back to Walmart.
