I have been using move free tablet's a long time. Because they really helped. Follow the directions and you will be able to feel the difference in about 60 days more or less. It so gradual you wonder if it really works. So I quit taking it. Wow! After about 45 days or so. New it had been working. Because I was starting to hurt again. Now I try to always keep a bottle ahead. They really work for me.

Sadly, he had extreme mobility issues (walks almost about a 90 degree angle w a walker. We have been taking these every day the last month. I have taken Move Free for many years. I started after feeling pains in my knees from squatting / bending during car repair work and the like. In conjunction with elliptical machine exercise, the pains diminished. I believe that this supplement provided more benefit than just exercise alone.
