Mr. Coffee Claredale 1.9 Qt Stainless Steel Whistling Tea Kettle in Silver

I knew I would only be happy with a full stainless steel product. No worries about the inside eventually giving way to corrosion. I took my time and found this. Excellent ergonomic handle with balanced weight when lifted. Large base allows a high flame without getting the handle too hot to pour the water. Nicely designed and easy to keep clean as well.

This tea kettle was an extension of my old tea kettle meaning that I replaced it and this tea kettle that I just received from Walmart was very useful and convenient and it whistles perfectly when it is heated and it should last me a very long time because Walmart sells good products.

It's very nice tea kettle for the price n a big size haven't used it yet but sure it'll be what I've expected it to be .

i like how easy it is to hold thos kettel due to the shape of its handle. i have extremely severe arthritis and i can pour this kettle easier than many others ive had. also like the lovely look of it

I like the appearance on my stove. The handle functions well %26 my fingers don't get burned by the steam. The whistle isn't very loud, kinda low whistle. I do wish the kettle was alittle heavier, thicker but it functions alright as made.

Why is this recommended as one of the best kettles? The handle gets insanely hot. I don't get it. I purchased this as a gift and had the opportunity to use it when I was at their home. I was embarrassed it was so awful and they mentioned how much they like it. “That's as hot as the handle gets.” As hot as it gets?! It shouldn't be hot at all! Should have known. Don't buy a TEA kettle from a company called Mr. COFFEE. I own a kettle made in Japan and the handle never gets hot. It's possible!

it feels like it might just start falling apart soon it's honestly very cheap very light definitely under $20 feeling to this thing it feels like it should have been more like under 10

I'm not satisfied with this purchase. The whistle sounds like it's struggling. The stainless steel, while it matches the other kitchen appliances, the style doesn't quite match my taste.

The pot is described wrong on site. Sent wrong size. Had Walmart pick it up for return. Driver could not scan but took it back to Walmart. Then Walmart refunded and said to keep it after they had already taken it back. I hav no idea if it works since I do not have it.
