Purchased this for my daughter. She loves that it is quick and easy to use.

I ordered this on 9/21/15 and it arrived at my doorstep 5 days later! First time purchaser on the website, so it means a lot. :) Product wasn't damaged, nothing missing and arrived earlier than expected! (9/26 estimated for 9/29) I'm very pleased to say that it makes a great batch of tea as well! I was a little weary since it doesn't have the little knob on the steeping chamber like an older model that my mom has had for quite some time. I thought that may have made the tea weaker, but nope, still makes the awesome sweet tea that I remember. Hot or chilled, it's great! (I added 6 teabags, fyi) It's a refreshed version of itself. I love the blue and I would definitely recommend giving it a try! :)

I love mines!! Easy to set up and use, and does not take up a lot of space. I have a keurig that has an iced setting on it and it always comes out water. But using my mr coffee iced coffee I now get the perfect iced coffee.. this is already saving me money, I would go to Starbucks daily, but not anymore

I use this for hot chocolate (placing hot chocolate in cup) also instant coffee. I am not a coffee fan so I don't use this for coffee. I also put a tea bag in cup and let the hot water pour in cup. Great space saver. Flexible cord. I don't know how I got along without it.

Took about a weak to get here which wasn't bad, but then made my coffee after washing out cup by hand and noticed when got some coffee into it there was a crack in the tumbler :( second set I've bought as I love them, but was a bit disappointed at the crack in the cup.

Very simple to use and makes great ice coffee. Comes with a convenient non leaking cup and straw Bought a black one for my son and lavender one for my daughter they both are saving money on ice coffee

This was a good buy because I love iced coffee. However, The machine has no way of cooling down the coffee. i filled the ice to the line an when the coffee hits it it all melts to water instantly. So there is no ice by the time the cycle is done. Just semi-warm hot coffee with no ice.

I explained to Walmart that I never received this. I explained there are two more roads in the little town. I live with the same number they didn't care. they said they'd send a new one and I never got that one. this is ridiculous
