My Mr. Heater I purchased from Northern tool over ten years ago, works well. But the fan didn't. So I purchased a replacement and true to form, it works flawlessly. Simple to install and dependable. Thanks Northern for continuing to support the products you sell.
I put this in the back of a heater in together they perform really well. I was surprised at how well the fans thermostat turns it on and off automatically with the stove and it stays on a little longer to keep pushing the heat into the room after the stove stops.
Worked as planned and is a good addition to the Mr. Heater unit (30,000 BTU propane heater) Arrived promptly. Pretty easy to attach. The hardest part was removing the plate on the back of the unit to install. The plate is spot welded and requires a bit of an effort to detach.
I enjoy everything about it I bought this for my mother's Mr heater 30,000 BTU propane heater which she uses during the winter she is older and it is ease of use that she needed and it works perfect the fan cuts on and off as it should in auto and is very quiet and works well with the air flow the install went decent but the plate on the back of the Mr heater was hard to get off which bent the back of the heater so I had to straighten it back out and the holes did not line up exactly right need some improvement on the schematic of the lining of the holes and the aggravation of getting the plate off the back of the heater
This is a must have for the 30,000btu heater. Your output from this heater is multiplied many times by adding this blower. Fairly straightforward to install if you have a little diy experience. My only issue is that the heater should already include this.
Seems a great little fan to circulate heat better. Price good, fit good, easy to install. Fan seems not to blow a lot of air and is a bit noisy, I suspect both because my heater is wall mounted and fan air inlet is an inch or less to the wall.
Installation was simple into the 30kbtu Mr Heater in our den(made for it). Fan does work well on auto funtion, cycles on/off by thermostat. The airflow CFM is not enough, In comparison to the blower CFM output on our Gas log assembly it is very dissapointing. The sound level of this blower is higher then our other. I would not recommend due to CFM output.
It blows cold air out the front. I was thinking it would blow hot air. Its really just for getting air movement
it was easy to use. liked the auto switch, but it doesn't blow very hard at all, my heater is mounted at the end of a short hallway at my bedroom door and wouldn't keep living room warm, and its very noisy. bought a small fan and sat on top of heater works much better on low keeps living room warm now and much quieter dont waste your money on it
You sent the wrong one two times. We needed the one the round vent one not the triangle one. Please credit my account and send me the label to send both of them back. This is the second time I have tried to get an answer from you. Please respond. Judy
