MRM Quercetin 500 mg Vegetarian Capsules, 60 Ct

I use quercetin in conjunction with Zinc and a few other supplements to keep my immune system happy and to avoid Covid and so far I have stayed away from getting sick even though the case numbersa are very high here. It is a capsule form so I dont have to taste the bitterness in quercetin.

Great Quality, As of my knowledge Quercetin is a antioxidant that improves immunsystem. Reduces inflammation. Used it at the first sign of a respiratory infection and I feel like it helped greatly reduce the symptoms and reduces the time of feeling sick. I can only say that I am glad I had it on hand when I needed it and will always have it available if needed in the future.

Switched to this one after I could not get my usual so now I stick with this one since it does work well. I use it to combat allergies from whatever is floating in the air, mold etc. And also when we have a cold. Its an arsenal for sure! I always keep extra just in case!

The capsule is quite large, but I have no problems swallowing it. I use this quercetin for anti-inflammatory purposes and to relieve the symptoms of my allergy and histamine intolerance as quercetin is a natural antihistamine substance. It has a mild effect, but at least it is natural.

We take Quercetin together with Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Zinc and Magnesium, following the Israeli Dr. Avni protocol for winter illnesses. I can't put the finger specifically on this element, but the bottom line is that my family passed the last winters quite easily (and without any vaccination).

We started taking this on the suggestion of our nutritionist over the last two years, because it strengthens immunity, is a good antioxidant, and the bonus is that it helps to reduce inflammation. This brand is good quality, and we're pleased with the product.

I have only been using this product for around a week. However, I can notice a difference in my nocturnal visits to the restroom both in volume and frequency. I do recommend it to be taken along with another item such as saw palmetto for a complete solution.

This is a good brand and great value. Have bought multiple products from them and their value is always better than I can purchase locally. They are larger tablets, as are all quercetin that I've ever found. I took off a star because they don't smell great and the taste of the capsule covering is mildly flavoured - I prefer zero flavour.

MRM quercetin contains purest bioavailable form of quercetin. That's why I kept reordering it for over 6 years for its health benefits, e.g. lowering blood pressure, reducing cancer risk, etc. However, after learning that some studies have shown that excessive intake of flavonoids such as quercetin may interfere with thyroid function, I've deleted quercetin in my supplement list since I have thyroid nodules☹️
