I know the vitamins are in the capsules ,because you can smell them when you open the bottle... But no bad taste.. This is my second purchase. And I will continue to buy them as long as nothing about them changes
I have always gotten hives after being sick. After taking these vitamins, the hives have been significantly reduced. Hoping that they will eventually go away completely. Also great to have more energy.

Okay for the money I ate all the time
They are quite large and have a smell
Had to rate one star because its the least possible. These capsules are well over an inch long.Huge! Placed one in a cap of water and waited for it to melt two days later I cut it open. Yuck, the ugliest brown gook you have ever seen. I'm glad they didn't desolve!!!
Disappointed with the delivery service. Did not receive my package when the USPS declared it had been delivered.
