I was skeptical, but these work. Helping with lactation - I was only able to pump an ounce from both before and now Im getting tripple that. Flavor - pretty good but dry. Definitely need to have water on hand. Value - there are alot of cookies to each bag. They served their puppse and I will buy again. The only other thing I tried was the UpFlow Milk Spring drink and that didnt do anything for me. Full disclaimer - I ate two bags in the first three hours of having these. I've found that two bags a day significantly increased my production.
For the price I wish they had more in pack but these are the best lactation cookies I’ve had and it keeps my milk flowing any time I eat them. Truthfully I don’t struggle with producing milk but it’s a good snack to have especially at night feedings. I drink a glass of milk with it and baby my milk be coming down
Recently my milk supply has gotten low, j ordered these and tried them. The next day my milk supply gotten a little better but by the following day my milk supply got way better, I pumped enough for 3 bottles for the night. This product is literally 10/10
They taste great! There’s fiber and protein in them too! I do have increased milk production, I’m doing many things so can’t promise it’s these but if they don’t seem too pricey, get them!
I have breastfed 4 babies for 6 years total... and counting. These cookies always give me a little boost whenever i am feeling like my milk is dropping a bit. Also useful when i am on my period (since supply seems to dwindle during those times). Overall its a great product. They are tasty and if you eat two bags in one day with an electrolyte drink you will see a difference. Keep in mind all bodies are different so this might not work for you, however for me it works wonders and I always keep it in my pantry for a rainy day. Once your supply stabilizes stop eating them, and resume use if and when your supply drops again. Best of luck mamas!
Let’s just say they work I’ve been buying these for years now and they are so good to build your milk supply if your low or your milk supply has declined. I eat them with milk in a bowl like cereal every time and trust me wait a hour they work if your a new mom and is wondering how much you eat it just takes one or two bags to help and if your wondering how well they work use the pump and watch the process these cookies taste great and your baby will love them
These work great when I’m feeling a little dip in my supply to help boost things back up. And they taste great as well. My knly complaint is the price is a little steep
I never noticed a change in my milk, there's very little good flavor and they are too hard to eat. soaking them in milk is really the only way they are edible. pretty disappointed.
Taste wasnt terrible, but they are pretty hard and have a stale taste to them. Not as bad if you dip them in milk. Not very happy that they're $17 and stale. I do like the amount per bag, I didn't just buy air. I'll give it 3 stars overall. They did help increase supply a little bit.
My wife says you don’t need this product to produce more milk just drink tea and more water. Electrolytes and coconut water. Staying hydrated is the key and pumping every 2 hours if your baby doesn’t latch. Also the key ingredient is * Breastfeed frequently: Breastfeed your baby every time they are hungry, at least eight times a day. * Empty breasts: Make sure your baby is emptying your breasts at each feeding. * Offer both breasts: Offer both breasts at each feeding, and switch breasts each time. * Pump: Pump or express milk frequently, at least eight times a day. You can try pumping for a few minutes after each feeding. * Power pump: Mimic cluster feeding by pumping for 20 minutes, then resting for 10 minutes, and repeating for a total of one hour. * Breast compression: Gently squeeze your breast in an "ac" shape while your baby is feeding to help them take more milk. * Eat well: Eat a healthy, balanced diet, and make sure you're drinking water. * Get enough sleep: Get plenty of rest between feedings. * Avoid bottles and pacifiers: Avoid bottles and pacifiers in the early weeks. * Avoid weaning: Avoid introducing solid food until your baby is ready, usually around six months. * Seek support: A lactation consultant, maternal and child health nurse, or other health care professional can provide advice and support.
