MuscleTech Clear Muscle Post Workout Muscle Recovery with HMB Supplement Pill, 84ct

I take Clear Mustle for cognitive issues I have in addition to Creatine for tiredness. Post [ovid. The taste of Clear Muscle is aweful. It tastes like vinegar. If you can get past this you will have something that can really help you with cognitive issues. It's recommended to take 3 times a day. I take it twice a day.

It smells like a sweaty armpit, but does yeild results. I get a couple extra pumps and have more endurance on my 2nd and 3rd sets. No side effects after a couple years of using it. I'd recommend.

So far it has been a positive experience and have had noticeably improvements while using the product. This product says that it is supposed to increase protein synthesis, allowing you to recover faster and make more gains. Based off my experience so far I would say it has helped. I have made increases this month on my deadlifts, squats and I gained quarter inch on my biceps. I don't want to give all credit to this product, you gotta work for results but I for sure think it has helped. I am wanting to continue use for a few more months at least to see what happens. They pills come in the form of soft gels. They are a decent size and have a bit of an odor to them. Taste is not bad. Asks that you take 3 times a day and take one before your workout. I look forward to continued use of this product and would recommend anyone that wants to make gains to try.

This product works. If you lift heavy, or are new and want to get strong and big you should try this. But if you don't push yourself- don't take it.
