This made a great gift for my daughter.She's never reported any difficulty using it. I just need to figure out where to find refills !

My kids enjoyed the pen as a gift. The set up was fairly easy and they for beginners they were able to design a few crafts pretty quickly. Overall a good purchase.

My 9 year old granddaughter seemed able to figure this out all by herself without help. She had used one at friend's house before. The filament doesn't last long, so be prepared to purchase more Soon if your user enjoys doing it. Held her attention good. Nice gift

My daughter only had this item for about a week and it broke. So the money I spent on it was just wasted . It sounded like it was going to be a great toy. A little expensive but again I thought this was a cool toy. I would not recommend this toys.

Family member was very excited to use it. Only worked for 30 minutes and hasn't worked since. It was a Christmas present.

Never worked arrived broken

was difficult to use was a waste of money my kid just made a 35$ ball of melted plastic yay
