I just started this bottle. I was very happy with the value of this product because it's enough for multiple months which saves me from having to repurchase the product every month.

This works for hot flashes, and insulin resistance type 2 diabetes with fasting from 6pm to 12 noon the next day slipping drinking water throughout the day and stopping around 10pm with proper diet and exercise it has helped me a lot this is my 3rd bottle and it WORKS! I am on other supplements to help with the type 2 as I notice I was getting a lot of foot pain so I just fasted for two days and to my surprise the foot pain stopped so I restarted the metformin and yes the Foot Pain started back..... hmmm, I split the dosage up 2 pills before meal and 2 pills 2 hours after eating with an glass full of water.

Perfect for the ladies, like myself, with severe PCOS and PMDD symptoms. Any type of vitamin to make lives a little easier is a win in my book! Also, I LOVE that there's no taste to these. After trying another brand, I learned that flavoring was a bit much and not meant for me.

Product is great but a little overpriced. The quality is good though. I would recommend it for PCOS.

I have had PCOS since 2018 when I was a teen. I do struggle with being overweight and I have to take birth control to have periods, so I've been looking for ways to help my symptoms. I saw this supplement for the first time recently online and read reviews from others with PCOS and was interested in trying it. I've only been taking this supplement for a couple weeks now and have noticed that I have more energy overall and improved motivation to do things I want to do (hobbies, housework, spend time with others, etc.). I have noticed an increase in my appetite lately but I will continue and monitor how this supplement affects my weight, mood and appetite overtime. Overall it has been a good experience so far.

Good for PCOS

Ordered to help with pcos, but the gel capsule itself is not very slick, even when taken with a drink and i gagged on it more than a few times. And I don't really have that issue with gel caps
