The product arrived and was packaged appropriately so everything was intact. It had a strong chemical smell when I unpacked it but after unwrapping and inflating the smell dissipated quickly. I inflated the board with my electric pump so am unable to rate the manual pump that came with the board. However, it looked like a standard manual SUP pump. I bought this board for my 9 year old granddaughters to teach them how to paddleboard. The inflated board was easy for them to pull themselves onto and then stand up. It was sturdy and easy for them to paddle. When I stood on it it felt small for me and I'm average height and weight for a woman. I would not feel comfortable on this board but I have a bluefin SUP that is 32 inches wide and has dual air chambers so I am used to that board (hence why I wouldn't feel comfortable on this board since it is not as wide). I loved how easy it was to deflate, roll up and put in the zippered bag that came with it. The two smaller fins are not removable so I saved the foam packing material for those. The large fins is easily removable. Overall a solid purchase. Would recommend for kids, teens and adults up to 150/160 pounds. Would not recommend for a full size adult male or female above those weight limits Just my perspective.

I've been wanting a paddle board for a while now and finally caved after I saw the price of this one. Literally came within three days. It's so worth it it's awesome and very enjoyable for everybody even if you can't stand just sitting on it and paddling is super fun. I would highly recommend for anybody!

Item received on time. All parts in the picture were there. My family have been using the paddle board twice a week already and on different lakes in Nova Scotia.

Easy to inflate, deflate and pack away. Doesn't take up much space. Very durable rubber. Great quality!

My husband has wanted a paddle board however we just downsized from a house to apartment with minimal storage space, and this was a perfect solution. The board took some time to fill up (about 20 minutes for us newbies) but once it was at 15dpi it was solid and ready to go. Pump worked well, fins were easy to attach. Love that it has a carrying bag and deflates just as flat as when it was delivered. Husband spent the day in the ocean and enjoyed it. Great alternative when you have limited storage space. Would purchase again.

It's a great board. I'm enjoying it. Only thing is the bag you carry it with is not what's shown in the pic. It seems a little smaller and not as sturdy?

We took it to a camping trip to bear lake. It took us a while to inflate with the pump. But it wasn't too bad since it was 5 of us taking turns. We got in the water and realized it needed more air so we added more. It worked perfectly! It didn't take long to take the air out that was quite easy.

The paddle snapped in half the first time I used it, which is unacceptable. It appears that the board and paddle are more designed for youths than adults. I would like a new paddle but am afraid that it will break too. The board was easy enough to inflate but it would not inflate to the recommended PSI.

Inflated full max recommend 15psi %26 it was very tippy, you can not stand and paddle the bag is not like the photo , there was paint on mine like it's been patched I'm not sure. Just mind as well fully invest in a better quality one also the PUMP! Is the worst pump I've ever used 🤦‍♀️
