I don't use it for a heating pad for the ice pack. I take and I Spritz it with a little bit of water and then put it in the freezer and makes it colder faster longer and I put it on my neck and it is wonderful best thing I ever bought. if I don't express it with water it doesn't stay cold long enough for me that's the only downfall. that's not really downfall cuz it takes 2 seconds to Spritz it with water anybody who's got neck problems back problems get this it's wonderful and it's weighted so applies pressure I tried the heat part but that's not where I need my heat I need my heat lower so I need my cold higher so this is awesome if you need cold that's your neck and shoulders area

This microwaveable wrap is just awesome being a Nurse every now and then you get neck shoulder and back pain, using this product for the first time I was totally astonish by it's size huge it cover the entire neck shoulders back and smells divine!! The herbal aromatherapy adds even me liking this soft wrap! Keeps heat! Now I'm going to purchase more for my family members this indeed! I highly highly five stars plus recommend this wrap! Winner in my book!!

This works exactly as advertised. I appreciate that it can heat both my neck and shoulder when I need it.

Weighted so it's not flimsy. It is definitely worth the money you pay for it. All you have to do is heat in the microwave to the desired heat. You'd like always read the directions, but it lasts for hours and it got aromatherapy my husband loves it and it wraps around his neck and his shoulders and his upper back.

In my opinion, the product has a very bad odor especially after heating it up. I am throwing it out.
