Bought this to keep in my SUV to help my elderly mother get into my car. It did take some time to assemble, but it wasn't too bad. It is very sturdy and not too heavy for me to take in an out of the trunk. Exactly what I needed!

I got an 18 inch high bed frame, %26 add the mattress, I couldn't get in bed. This step stool is perfect! I'm 70, have a few balance issues, %26 the bar keeps me safe, as it is high enough to be of use. It might be my best purchase of 2026.

I never received my product and I'm angry about that because I am a handicapped lady in my 60s. They looked all around my neighborhood for something that should've been left in my front door that says it was delivered, but it was not and you guys need to train your drivers to follow directions because my direction say when something is delivered to me please knock on my door. Don't just leave it then I know that I have gotten my item but that did not take place so I never got my item even though it said I did and I'm angry about it because I ordered other items with the item I didn't receive and I got those but I didn't get my stool and I really needed it because I have a handicap so I'm angry and I don't know if I wanna order from you guys again because y'all need to get your delivery team together so you're gonna be on one a quarte i never received my product and I'm angry about that because I am a handicapped lady in my 60s. When I opened the box there was an unpleasant and strange odor. The parts were all there and looked well made and sturdy. Instructions were OK. But when I placed the feet ,mainframe connectors to the underside of the plate and screwed it together the screws came up through the plate making it impossible to step on and use. Total waste of money

This was a hopeful purchase. The assembly was terrible. All poles were miss marked from directions. I did figure it out. The holes did not line up with the handle. Also the foot bar did not fit into the knock and it made the platform unstable. Walmart did take it back in store for refund and that was the easiest part of this purchase....

What a dismal piece of junk. There were MANY pieces to assemble; some were so flimsy they broke when we tried to tighten them; we could not get the handle to be sturdy--it still wobbles. Really LOW quality. It was also supposed to be foldable. NOT. I'm going to try to get my money back.

The 2 crossbar pieces are either mislabeled or the properly-numbered pieces are missing entirely. What should have been a very simple 1-person, 30 minute assembly turned into a 2-person, 2 hour assembly ordeal. Otherwise, this turned out to be a very sturdy, nice quality step stool.

The stool came warped out of the box. It was unusable. I intended to return it but missed the deadline. I think it would have been sturdy if it wasn't warped. Quality control.was the issue here. Very dissatisfied with the product.

I love puzzles, but this is impossible. So many pieces, bolts, washers, and nuts. The directions are probably simple to some, but even my handyman was lost. Definitely going back.

The drilled holes for the handle stand were drilled in the wrong direction. Handle stand completely useless. Assembly instructions much worse than being written by a Kindergartner. Overall a very expensive foot stool.
