I have tried mindfulness meditation, reading books and other techniques to reduce my stress and anxiety. These techniques worked on a limited basis but I needed more. I saw these tablets at a local store and decided to try them. I am glad I did. They provided a calming effect that helped relieve my symptoms.

However I did find I was resting better at night.
