Natural Factors, Quercetin LipoMicel Matrix 250 mg, 60 Softgels

I purchased due to better bioavailability. I'm happy with it so far, hoping it will strengthen my immunity. No bad taste or upset stomach. I'm switching over to all supplements with better bioavailability, hoping I'm getting my moneys worth.

Quercetin is found in small amounts in some foods and also in higher amounts in supplements. The problem is that it is not well absorbed into the body. This LipoMicel Matrix form provides a much higher absorption. There are other products that claim higher absorption but I tried this one first as it was recommended by a doctor who I am familiar with. I was amazed at the difference after about 5 days. You can easily look up the benefits of quercetin which are substantial. The higher price is well worth it!

Expensive

I got this type of quercetin because regular quercetin has such a low absorption rate. I'm trying to keep myself healthy. Hopefully it works.

Seems to be a great guard for our immune defense system. Along with vitamin D.

Love it

The quercetin works well for mast cell activation but the peppermint oil ingredient can also initiate attacks. I have to puncture it and drain out oil.
