Have been taking this product for years and it's great!

Being elderly, systems do not work as once did, so I buy this to compensate for dietary differences. This ensures I receive the important amino acids.

Been using Essential Amino Complex for several years, since going vegetarian, and have to say that I am positive that it helps keep me stronger and healthier than I have ever been! (I am really concerned that it has not been available to buy for a couple of months now. Hope it's not a permanent situation!)

I'm very pleased Solgar resumed the production of this amazing Amino-Complex. I've tried many different brands, but this is, in my humble opinion, by far the most effective one. Due to the diuretics I have to take, I tend to cramp all over the body, especially when I have a lot of physical activity and or stress. It causes the magnesium and potassium supplements to be better absorbed.

POSITIVES:---->It provides 8 of the 10 essential aminos in a vegetarian capsule. ---->According to "NCBI amino acid requirements" googled, provides "THE REQUIREMENT FOR AMINO ACIDS" and that referenced makes these do quite well for most. ---->A desiccant cotton ball is provided. NEGATIVES:---->Considering $20 with shipping the complex could've included other aminos. OTHER THOUGHTS:---->These sometimes cause burps/uncomfortable stomach so I've found taking it before eating a meal to bury it in the stomach solves that.

Can you tell me what essential amino acids are in the complex?

Tried to recreate the Purium cleanse with GNC products. Although each of these have the same overall ingredients, I was unable to take these Aminos as they would make me burp significantly more.

I've only been taking for a week so it might be a little while before i can tell if it is working
