I've had no trouble to arise from taking these. They seem to work as they are suppose to. They are not expired, neither do they have a soin expiration date. A very good bargain in my opinion.
like effectveness in healthier diet
These digestive enzymes provide what I've been missing for sometime now. I've always had an adverse reaction to dairy products, but as i aged the problems became worse. Now, one simple capsule before I eat, and my issues no longer exist. In fact, i simply take one before every meal, and i enjoy everything I eat!
This enzyme worked better for me than some more expensive ones. I bought a small bottle initially. Then I went back and purchased a large bottle. It helps with bloating, indigestion when eating certain foods that I usually get undesirable symptoms after eating them.
I have been using this brand of digestive enzymes for about five years due to intestinal issues. Every once in a while I try a vitamin store brand but those don't agree with me. Source Naturals aid in digestion and calms the rumblies.
A friend told me this would reduce my gassiness, and the smelliness of it. It really has. Now I can eat eggs without producing sulfurous fumes! (which were funny but gross)
