My father swears by these. Any signs of a cold and he takes the Wellness Formula, and he has immediate relief. This also helps boost your immune system which is needed the most.
Love them,if I feel like I might be coming down with something, I take these and the symptoms go away.

I was a bit hesitant to try it at first because i have a sensitive stomach but it didn't affect it at all. I got to try it for free and will definitely be back for more. I take it with me when I travel overseas for a good immune system boost and kick of energy to help fight jet lag. Definitely worth the price and carry on space.
This is a great, effective product. Swansons charges about HALF of what my local health food store does for the exact same product. I suggest the capsules, much easier to swallow - the tablets are too much like horse pills and my family wont take the tablets. This is a staple in winter at my house!
I grew up using this product and resenting it a little because of the huge tablets, but it is definitely a go-to remedy for me. It works SO quickly and is amazing. I recommend this to all my friends. It is a great way to build up your immune system. The capsules don't taste as bad as the tablets, but you have to take twice as many. Either way, it's totally worth it.
Heard great things about these capsules for immune system, on day 1 and so far so good. Haven't had any adverse reactions to them. They are really smelly though.
Although I couldn't feel a difference with this supplement I did t get sick the weeks I took it so I'm assuming it works. I will say the taste is awful and it's pricey. I got it complimentary from Influenster for reviewing purposes. I did think it helped me stay healthy during this fall/winter cold season.
This is a great supplement but be aware that this is capsule version that is less potent than the stronger tablets (so have to take twice as many). Still a good deal at sale price.
