I'm a former track and field athlete, 60 yo, having part job and hobby as fitness trainer. In some weeks I can do 14 group training hours, pushing myself really hard. Probably after four or five days, I feel an energy gap. Two capsules per day, are brining me back to life. I'm not tacking them every days, only when is needed, and is surprisingly effective. I have used Life Force multi-mineral for many years and I have always been satisfied with the product, Their are other multi-minerals that are rated as superior to Life Force. I have tried a few and have not noticed any difference in their biological activity. Nothing to write home about.

Good quality multivitamin that's boosts energy levels. Capsules are okay to swallow, not too big.

I didn't like the dosage. 4 capsules/day. For me this is way too many required to be effective. After finishing a complete bottle I could not tell a difference. I do not recommend and would not buy again. If you found this helpful please click 👍 thank you
