they work great!
I started taking Source Naturals Life Force about 25 years ago on the recommendation of a friend who managed the health department at a co-op. She swore these were the best at the time, so I tried them and loved them. I haven't taken them consistently for 25 years, but it was an easy choice to make recently when I had health reasons to look into a multiple vitamin. Swanson's price was very competitive for the 180 capsule bottle. My main interest has always been in Life Force's vitamins and minerals rather than the other trace herbs and enzymes. I shopped everywhere and didn't find a better multiple that could compete with the long successful history of this product in the market, the daily values, and the price. So I guess that makes me a loyalist. Just an excellent product. Note that the label displayed on Swanson's site is due for an update. For instance, B-12 is now methylcobalamin in the updated formula which is a good thing.
"I came upon this product when I was browsing the internet and found a consumer site that rated 50 different vitamin brands for quality, absorbability and effectiveness. This product was second from the top. The top rated item was much more expensive. This has everything I was purchasing seperately in one bottle. I am very happy with this product I switched from the tablets to the caps. because I hadtroouble swallowing the large talets.
Hello, at the age of 65 I continue to learn more about multiple vitamins along with supplements. Based on my experience the quality of Life Force far surpasses the rest.
Having compared the ingredients with other top companies this product is most competitive for price. I don't know if it (or any multiple vitamin) is effective. I just take it for insurance.
These vitamins are rated very very high by an independent agency. They rate it 92.8 out of a possible 100. Commonly advertised vitamins most often are rated as a 3 or less as a comparison. Sounds like a great bargain to me.
These are excellent multiple vitamins. Of course it's difficult to measure the true effects, but I switched to these for two reasons. First it is a full coverage supplement and I think it is more soluble.
Like to take a dosage throughout the day.
Been using Life Force vitamins for years. Great qulaity and vaule.
Supplies over the RDA for many vitamins, also contains a lot of nutrients other products do not but in such small amounts that I believe their effects are negligible. A bit expensive and 4 capsules a day are a bit high.
